I discussed before about a Filofax of facts and the use of factsheets with a Filofax. This is another example of a quick reference sheet – this time for keyboard shortcuts for Word 2010. This is a short post to simply share another download with you for Keyboard Shortcuts. The download includes: Basic Shortcuts Space
J is for… Job hunting
Job Hunting is a complex topic. I am not job hunting at the moment, but following graduation I extensively used a variety of notebooks and websites to assist. I have also used a variety of inserts that I hope to use as a basis for another organisational notebook in the future. A key part of

I is for… Inserts
It might seem odd writing a post about inserts in an A-to-Z Challenge where the theme is inserts. But I do in fact have an insert for my inserts. Like most fellow Filofax users inserts usually start as an idea or an alteration of an existing insert. Sometimes they start as hand drawn inserts (or

H is for… Househunting
If you read my previous post you will know that I recently moved house (end of 2012) after spending the majority of 2012 house-hunting and trying to complete on the purchase. Over the course of 2012 I designed several inserts to help out with the house hunting side of things and it is these inserts

G is for… Goals Review
My Goals Planning and Review Inserts are not new inserts but rather a review of my pre-existing Filofax Insert that I wrote about here: Active Goal Management. Why? Because I love these inserts and see no reason to change them. However, I thought it would be more beneficial to readers (particularly new readers) to draw

F is for… Fact sheet
I had originally thought of doing a “finances” insert for the letter ‘f’ but since I talked about ‘Expenses’ for ‘E’ I thought that might have been a bit of an overkill. So instead I am going to talk about fact sheets. My Filofax is literally littered with them. One of my Metropols is just

E is for… Expenses
Back in February I started designing an expenses notebook to add to my collection of organisational notebooks. However, with so much money being spent on “doing up the house” lately I have been reluctant to examine my expenses in detail. (yes, my head is in the sand…). I started and stopped with this notebook and

D is for… Diary
Some Filofax fans might wonder why I am even attempting to try to do a diary insert. Both Steve (of Philofaxy) and Ray Blake (my life all in one place) produce fantastic templates for all preferences so why even go there. Well, you’ll be glad to hear I am not going to do that in

C is for… Contacts
Regular Address Books and Filofax Address Refills are still behind the times and look like this. They include space for an email, telephone, fax and email, but for those of us with online friends this is not quite enough. That said I do enjoy keeping a list of phone numbers in my filofax (like with

B is for… Blog Planner
Most readers are of course bloggers themselves and most bloggers have a plan, method or routine that they go through when then write a blog post. This routine is unique and personal to them. Many fellow Filofax & stationery bloggers have their own inserts that they already use. So I simply want to share how
