A Closer Look – September 2019

What is in our monthly pocket notebook subscription each month is a surprise. Now that these notebooks have been shipped to subscribers here is a closer look at what was included this month.

This month’s release is a “list a day” todo list notebook. This notebook is designed to be a Quarterly Notebook with enough daily pages for three months (similarly to our Daily Plan Notebook it will also be available as a Quarterly Subscription).

If you are familiar with our to-do list notebooks the layout will be familiar to you.

At the top, there is space for the date.

Then there is a task list layout with a number of columns for you to utilise if you need them.

“Due” allows you to write in the date (or time) that the item is due so you are clear about when it needs to be done by. If everything needs done on that that, you can also use this column to number the items in order of priority.

The first “D” column is “draft”. This column is to be used to help you track progress of the task. For example, you might have prepared (drafted) it – but need sign off from a supervisor or client. Or you might have started it but need input from a third party before it can be finalised and marked “Done”.

The second “D” column is for “Done” to check off the task / to-do item once it has been completed.
