A is for… Appointments

atoz of wedding planning

A key element of your Wedding Planner (whether you are using a notebook or filofax) should be your appointment planner. If you are using a standard filofax you may choose to utilise the inserts you receive in a filofax refill pack. However, I also use my own double page layout to assist with my intense appointment booking over a few short days at a time.

However any diary can and should be used in your own personal planner – as you need to choose something easy to use and that which suits yours needs. If you planning is taking place on ad hoc days you can probably use your regular planner.

Oh man. Wedding planning.. We did ours long distance, so I met with ALL my vendors in a day and a half while I was in town. It was nuts! But I’m also an event planner so my vendors were pretty well pre-screened before I met them for the first time 🙂
    Happy A-Z’ing!
