One of the most common productivity tools that we use in our day to day lives is the Eisenhower Box (or Eisenhower Matrix). It is a simple productivity tool that can be used to prioritise your tasks and ensure that you are focussing on the right things.

Over the years there have been slight variations on how the Eisenhower box can be used. However, the underlying principles have remained the same. It can be used for planning your week.
