Being Northern Irish I jumped at the chance to take part in Mark Koopman’s Blogfest. Although I live in England now there are little bits of irishness I like to indulge in every once in a while (namely food). So for this Blogfest I have decided to share with you a recipe for a sweet, sticky and tasty treat of Northern Irish origin called 15s.
Enjoy – it is making me hungry just thinking about it.
Oh and don’t forget the other St Paddy’s weekend tradition – watching the final matches of the 6Nations.
Have a great weekend.

That sounds incredibly tasty! One question: what are digestive biscuits? Cookies of some kind? Funny how some things get lost in translation π

I find them quite plain on their own but yummy in this recipe.

Sa-WEET! I am all about a yummy recipe! I will definitely try it out! Glad you shared and sorry I’m so slow in checking out these posts. I wish I could blame it on too much Irish celebrating, but I can’t. Just chaos. π
