There are a number of ways I keep on top of and track my keywords, tags and hashtags.

I have a general page (included in the download) for general themes based on my blog that I want to use for consistency. Then I have individual pages to deal with different types of keywords and content. For example I have page (pictured and included in the FREE download) for blog posts – which includes both the blog post and promotions on social media. Other pages I use are for inspiration and keyword generation.
