Using the Networking Planner in your Filofax

Print Your Own Networking Planner

Networking Planner - Filofax - networking events

As you may have noticed that we are offering a Print-Your-Own (PYO) / PDF version of the Networking Planner as part of our current Kickstarter Campaign. As well as being the more affordable option the PYO version allows you to print your own inserts for a A5 Filofax / Planner. You will then be able to punch them and add them into your regular Filofax / planner.

You will be able to pick and choose the bits of the Networking Planner that are relevant for you and add them into your Filofax. However, one of the bits that I think are worth keeping in a Filofax is your priority contacts sections, particularly if you use the A to Z Dividers in your Filofax to keep them organised.

Your Priority Contacts – a Closer Look

Networking Planner - Priority Contacts

A Filofax is an ideal place to organise your priority contacts. Particularly if you have a lot of contacts. The Lite version of the notebook has room for 8 contacts and the Bumper version has space for 10. If you use your PYO and your Filofax you can have as many as you need.

Networking Planner - Priority Contact - Follow up Prompts

Each priority contact gets a set of 6 pages.

  • Key Information – this section contains space for all the contact details for your Priority Contacts including notes about where you met.
  • Check Ins – as you should regularly check-in with your priority contacts this is a section for some quick notes on your check ins with these contacts. Such as your phone calls and coffee meetings or if you catch up with them at an event.
  • Follow Ups – the next two pages are for other check-in activities and include a list of prompts as well as space to include your own follow-up activities. This includes things like send a birthday card.
  • Notes – finally there is space for additional notes.

The Priority Contact pages will help you build a more meaningful relationship with each of your chosen priority contacts and make sure that you are regularly checking in with them to help support the growth of that relationship.
