New Release of the Career Development Goals Notebook

We have now released the latest version of our Career Development Meetings Notebook with a number of small tweaks to improve your experience with using the Career Development Meetings Notebook.

All new notebooks will include the layouts (although we still have some of the old-style notebooks on sale at a discounted rate to get rid of excess stock).

What has changed?

We have three key changes.

Firstly we have added in another monthly planner. So we now have three monthly planners in this notebook. One for planning out your timetable and any deadlines in your career pathway or appraisal programme. A new one for tracking progress month by month and one for keeping track of your achievements each month and any stats etc.

Secondly, we have changed the goals layout to a 4-page layout for each of your goals. So as well as the Next Steps Page and the Notes Page we also have an additional two pages for quarterly check-ins (to enable you to collect your thoughts on each goal in line with your check-in meetings / on a regular basis) and a section for preparing for your final appraisal and writing out your overall achievements for each goal.

Finally, we have added a collection of Skills Development Plan Pages. Sometimes you will need to develop specific skills to further your goals but these might not be your main goal (or they may cross several goals). So we have included some separate pages for you to develop an action plan and track your progress for any skills you are developing.
